SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Prices and Payment Options
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges. Delivery charges include packaging, shipping and any insurance. We reserve the right to update any advertised price at any time.

All online payments are made using Stripe or PayPal’s secure system and are subject to their respective Terms and Conditions.
Shipping
Once your order has been placed online, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.
Please allow 2-3 working days for all orders shipped within New Zealand. Any orders placed around public holidays may take longer to be delivered.
We will advise via email of any expected delays regarding your order.
International Shipping
All shipping costs are added to your order upon checkout. Costs are determined by the size of the product and the location of delivery. The purchaser is responsible for any taxes, customs or extra charges relating to the order.
International orders usually take 3-10 business days for delivery, provided there are no unforeseen delays.
Giclee prints on fine art paper are sent rolled in tissue paper and packed into a mailing tube. All original paintings are stretched or framed, then securely packaged in bubble-wrap and heavy-duty cardboard for courier in NZ or shipping overseas.

Please select your artwork carefully as we do not provide any returns, refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. If your order is delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately.
We will work in good faith and meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 New Zealand.

You agree to not copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, resell or save any artwork on this website at any time, for any reason.
Artwork Availability
This website shares it’s stock with various physical art galleries. In the instance an artwork is purchased in person, the same time it is purchased online, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative or to cancel your order.
Online Accuracy
We do our best to accurately describe, capture and represent our products online. However, we cannot guarantee any entire accuracy of product descriptions or colour variation between what is advertised on this website and real life.
PRIVACY POLICY
Upon purchase, we collect the personal information you provide us for the purpose of completing your order - such as your name, address and email address.
This information is stored in our database for any future communication regarding your order or artwork.
Information such as your credit card details are encrypted and processed through the secure payment system Stripe or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you are subject to their respective Terms and Conditions. We at no point have access to, or store your credit card information. Your credit card information is solely used to complete your purchase.
When accessing our website, your computer’s IP address is automatically stored by Wix to help us learn more about our customers and website visitors.
You are entitled at any time to request a copy of your personal information that we store. You are also entitled to request we remove your personal information from our database. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.
We reserve the right to make any changes to the privacy policy at any time. Any changes take effect the moment they are uploaded to the website.
